Arko Dutt

Arko Dutt is a Staff Design Engineer at Huawei Singapore Research Center, where they focus on mixed-signal digital design, micro-architecture design, and optimization in research and development. Previously, Arko served as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant from 2010 to 2013 and held research positions at Nanyang Technological University from 2018 to 2023, including roles as a PhD Candidate and Research Associate. Their research interests include simulation mechanisms for deep learning accelerators and logic-in-memory with emerging memory devices. Arko also collaborated with A*STAR, TSMC, and the National University of Singapore on various projects involving deep learning systems and memory-centric AI platforms. Arko earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, a Master of Technology in VLSI Design from IIEST Shibpur, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
