Bin Chang 常斌 is the EVP of Huawei Nordic. They joined Huawei in 2007 and held various delivery, solutions, and senior key account management roles in India, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg. From 2019 to 2021, they served as General Manager of Huawei Estonia, and in 2021 were named CEO of Huawei Baltic region. In February 2024, they were appointed CEO of Huawei Sweden and Denmark, and in January 2025 they assumed the role of EVP for Huawei Nordic. Earlier, they worked at Huawei Technologies India from 2009 to 2011 as Project Manager, Head of Service Management, and Software Engineer, and at Huawei Technologies from 2017 to 2019 as Senior Key Account Manager.
