Bingyang Liu

Bingyang Liu is currently the Vice Chair of the China Communications Standards Association TC614, where they promote the technical standards and industry development for the next-generation digital network. They have extensive experience in computer networks, having worked at Huawei as the Director of the Network Technology Lab and a Principal Research Engineer. Bingyang completed a PhD in Computer Science at Tsinghua University, where they also served as a Postdoctoral Researcher. With a focus on low-latency network technologies, network security, and protocols, Bingyang actively collaborates with industry and academic partners.
