Camila Borges possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications field, having held various roles at Huawei Technologies since January 2013. Initially serving as an intern, Camila developed expertise in KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization across GSM and UMTS technologies. Progressing to a Wireless and RF instructor, Camila delivered training on GSM, WCDMA, and LTE technologies. As a Project Manager, responsibilities included end-to-end project management, training solution delivery for several Latin American countries, and team coordination for instructor resources. Currently serving as Regional Training Director, Camila manages the Brazil training center, focusing on staff development and project coordination. In the role of Commercial Manager, responsibilities encompass the management of contractual relations with VIVO and FIBRASIL operators, including negotiation and bid preparation. Camila holds an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Inatel.
