Chao Ding

Chao Ding has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, beginning with a role as Project Manager of Managed Service Project at Huawei Technologies from May 2011 to July 2012, overseeing front and back office management. Chao also served as a Senior Core Network Engineer, followed by a position as Service Sales Responsible, focusing on service solutions and customer engagement. In managing key accounts, Chao held the title of Account Director for Zain. From April 2017 to October 2022, Chao worked as Data Center Sales Director at Huawei Technologies Deutschland GmbH, before transitioning to HR Expert at Huawei Digital Power Company, a role held from October 2022 to January 2024. Currently, Chao is HR Expert of the China Recruitment and Allocation Department at Huawei. Chao maintains a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Shandong University.
