Chen Liang

Chen Liang is currently the Vice Director of the HR Department at Huawei's Japan Region Research Center, where they oversee the Asia Pacific Recruitment Platform Team. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Huawei's Beijing Research Center, focusing on recruitment, allocation, and talent management. Chen began their career as a Software Test Engineer at DDatangmobile and later became a Team Lead at Huawei, specializing in network operating systems. They hold a Master's degree in Political Economics from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing Information Science and Technology University.
