Chenfei Fan

Chenfei (Michael) Fan is an experienced Senior Manager in International Tax, currently serving as the Global Head of Transfer Pricing at 华为. With a strong background in the telecommunications industry, Chenfei has expertise in tax policy, international taxation, and tax controversy. Prior to this role, Chenfei worked as a Regional Tax Manager for North America and served as a Tax Manager at KPMG from 2008 to 2015. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
