DANIEL OBAM

Daniel Obam, MBS, HSC, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of senior management and C-Level experience. They served as the immediate former Chairman of the Radiocommunication Advisory Group at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) for a decade, providing guidance on global radiocommunication strategies. Daniel has extensive expertise in radio frequency regulatory policy and has played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of African economies, especially through the development of various ICT policies and regulations in Kenya. Currently, they are a Special Advisor for Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Huawei and an ITU Expert, continuing their work on spectrum management and digital initiatives across the continent.
