Engelbert Reyes

Engelbert Reyes is an experienced Key Account Director at Huawei Technologies Dominicana, specializing in ICT solutions within the telecommunications industry. They previously held key positions at Claro RD, where they managed network operation projects, and served as a Wireless Product Manager at Huawei, where they designed the first LTE test network in the Dominican Republic. Engelbert also led the Huawei team for Digicel in the Caribbean and had a brief tenure as IM Head at Samsung Electronics Latin America. They hold an MBA in International Business and a degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented by postgraduate studies in Quality and Productivity.
