Fadel Abbas

Fadel Abbas is a fullfillment responsible and project manager at Huawei Technologies, where they lead the integration and optimization of Lebanon's submarine and national DWDM networks. With a history of successfully delivering over 20 telecommunication projects for operators in Lebanon, Jordan, and Cyprus, Fadel has demonstrated strong capabilities in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while adhering to brand values. Previously, Fadel held multiple technical and managerial roles at Huawei, including Chief Technology Officer and Technical Director, where they focused on network safety, team leadership, and strategic technology planning. Fadel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering and has earned various certifications in network engineering.
