Frank Wang

Frank WANG has extensive experience in human resources and network security, holding positions at Huawei since January 2016, where responsibilities include being a network security expert and a senior human resources manager, focusing on performance management, HR system governance, and global HR configuration. Prior to Huawei, Frank served as HRD for a multi-country management department in West Africa from 2013 to 2015, overseeing HR functions aligned with business strategies. Additional roles include Learning & Development Manager and Recruitment Manager at Huawei Technologies, as well as HR Manager at Shenzhen Jumbo Enterprises Group and Shenzhen Horn Electroacoustic Co., Ltd. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Psychology & Managing Human Resources from Zhejiang University and a Bachelor's degree in Education Management from Shandong Qufu Normal University.
