Gregory Leshchenko is the Chief Investment Director at Huawei Technologies, where they manage scouting, origination, and execution of investments in deep-tech early-stage companies in Eastern Europe and Russia. With over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions, they have held significant roles at Improv Technologies, First Albany Capital, Maxim Group, TriGlobal Strategic Ventures, and the Skolkovo Foundation. Gregory has an MBA in Finance from The College of Saint Rose and has successfully executed numerous large-scale financial transactions throughout their career.
