Guolin Wang is the Director of the R&D Competency Planning Department at Huawei Technologies, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to this, Guolin served as President of FutureWei Technologies Inc. from 2011 to 2014 and was the Executive Vice President and Head of the Huawei American R&D Center from 2008 to 2011. Guolin's earlier experience includes roles as an Engineer and General Manager at Huawei from 1998 to 2004, as well as serving as Head of the Sweden R&D Center from 2005 to 2008. Guolin held an associate professorship at Harbin Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1998.
