Halis Dündar is currently an EHS Engineer at Huawei and a Master's student in Environmental Science at Gazi Üniversitesi. They previously completed a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering at both Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and Politechnika Lubelska. Halis has gained practical experience through internships at İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi and TÜBİTAK MARMARA ARAŞTIRMA MERKEZİ, where they focused on clean production and circular economy initiatives. Additionally, Halis participated in an Erasmus+ internship that enhanced their skills in advanced chromatographic techniques relevant to environmental research.
