Jack Jiao is an experienced HR strategic planning expert and COE at Huawei. They held the position of Senior HRM and COE from 2011 to 2016, where they were responsible for talent supply and management within the EBG sector. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2011, they worked on HR strategic planning, organizational diagnostics, and digital transformation projects for employee self-service.
