Johnson Zhang

Johnson Zhang is currently a Senior Engineer B at Huawei, where they focus on LLM applications for AI phones and multimodality fusion sensing for next-generation human-computer interaction. Previously, they developed deep learning algorithms in audio, including ASR, KWS, VPR, NLU, VAD, and sound event detection for devices like smartphones and smart cabins. Johnson also has experience as a Big Data Developer at CCB Fintech, a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, and an NLP Intern and Data Science Lead at neurosyense. They earned a Master of Arts in Statistics from Columbia University in 2021.
