Julia Shan

Julia Shan has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, having held various leadership roles at Huawei Technologies and Siemens. At Huawei, positions included Principal HR Manager focusing on leadership and talent management solutions, Head of Global Recruitment and Staff Allocation, and HRBP within the CIS region, where responsibilities encompassed executive recruitment and administrative management. Earlier experience at Siemens involved project coordination with an emphasis on commercial control and vendor management. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in English of International Trade from Chengdu University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Economical Education Management from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
