Kay Kim

Kay Kim is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design across leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Huawei's Cloud UX Innovation Lab since June 2023, Kay Kim leads a cross-functional team focused on cloud-native computing innovation. Prior experience includes positions at Google as a UX Designer, where Kay Kim led design initiatives for AR glasses, and at North as a Product Designer, delivering innovative product experiences for the same technology. Kay Kim has also contributed significantly to BlackBerry as a Senior UX Designer and Industrial Design Consultant Lead, managing design projects for various smartphone products. Additionally, Kay Kim co-founded Mosac, a Korean furniture company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo and a certificate in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
