With over 3.5 years of experience at Huawei, Lennon has pioneered the design of RL platforms that significantly enhance model training efficiency, achieving a 6x improvement in throughput. Currently leading the execution of AI agent systems, Lennon is dedicated to advancing scalable machine learning infrastructures and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation. Previously, Lennon developed video conferencing systems and worked on recommendation algorithms at Tencent and Alibaba Group, contributing to projects that leveraged complex data processing techniques.
