Lin Cao is a chief technologist in software engineering and IT tools at Huawei, a position held since July 2020, overseeing product lines such as Harmony OS, smartphones, wearables, PCs, and automotive technology. Previous roles include serving as a senior technical expert in the CTO office at Huawei, focusing on software architecture optimization and leading efforts in autonomous driving mobile networks. Prior to Huawei, Lin Cao worked as a senior R&D manager at Cisco Systems from May 2006 to December 2019, collaborating with global teams and leading local software and system efforts.
