Liu Yang is currently the Human Resource Director for Huawei Public Cloud and has been in this position since 2021. They previously served as the Human Resources Director for Huawei Cloud Computing Product from 2015 to 2017, and before that, they held various HR leadership roles in Huawei's IT Hardware Development Department and X86 Server Integration & Verification Department from 2012 to 2015. Liu Yang earned a Master’s degree in Electric Circuit and System from Hefei University of Technology between 1999 and 2002.
