Luo Chuan, known as Nate, is currently the VP and Head of Smart PV & ESS at Huawei Singapore, overseeing P&L responsibilities for Smart Grid software on a global scale. Previously, they held various roles at Univers, including Principal Solutions Architect and Director of Battery Storage & Microgrid, leading major energy projects. At SP Group, they worked as a Senior Engineer, spearheading innovative new energy solutions and successfully managing key projects such as Singapore's first MW level Lithium-ion ESS. Luo Chuan earned a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and has furthered their education with programs in finance at Chicago Booth.
