Malte Schellmann

Malte Schellmann is a Principal Research Engineer at Huawei Technologies German Research Center, where they focus on innovative solutions in Beyond 5G research, including enhanced URLLC and wireless applications for Industry 4.0. From 2012 to 2017, Malte contributed to 5G and Beyond 4G research, developing air interface designs and managing inter-cell interference. Malte's earlier experience includes a research assistant position at the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI, where they worked on 4G technology, and a role as a diplomand at AMD. Malte holds a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technische Universität München.
