Mark Xueman（薛蛮）

Mark Xueman is the Global Vice President of Public and Government Affairs at Huawei Group, a position they have held since 2017. Previously, they served in various leadership roles within Huawei Technologies, including CEO of the Huawei Anhui, Mexico, and Beijing representative offices, as well as Vice President of Public Affairs. Mark has a solid educational background, holding both a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tianjin University, alongside ongoing studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
