Mauro Ribeiro

Mauro Ribeiro is the Head of Legal & Contract Management at Huawei Portugal, where they oversee regulatory compliance and contract strategy while providing legal counsel across various business groups. With over ten years of in-house experience in telecommunications, EPC renewable energy, and advertising sectors, they have demonstrated strong business acumen and expertise in contract negotiation and risk management. Mauro previously served as the lead contract negotiator at NOS SGPS and as a Commercial Contract Legal Manager at Huawei, where they secured significant profit increases and minimized liability exposure. Additionally, they are a Council Member for the Telecommunications industry at World Commerce & Contracting, advocating for enhanced commerce and contracting practices globally. Mauro holds a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidade Lusíada do Porto and is a candidate for an Executive MBA at ISAG - European Business School.
