Michael Bi has extensive experience in global procurement engineering and sourcing management. Michael has worked at Huawei since 2006, initially as a Director of Global Sourcing and currently as the VP of Global Procurement Engineering. Prior to Huawei, Michael also held positions at IBM as a Snr Sourcing Manager and IBM China Procurement Co. as a Procurement Manager. With a background in both technical sourcing and procurement management, Michael has successfully handled large annual spending budgets and has a strong track record in supplier sourcing and quality management.
