Ming Ding is currently the HR Director at HUAWEI, where they have held several prominent positions since 2015. They served as HRBP Head of Carrier Sales Business for the European Region from 2018 to 2023, and prior to that, they focused on HRBP and COE roles spanning multiple countries in Europe and at Huawei's Italy Branch. Ming's experience also includes leadership positions in Brazil and Peru, where they contributed to talent development and human resources management. They earned their Master of Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University between 2005 and 2007.
