Neo Chen

Neo Chen is a technology leader with extensive experience in cloud security and software engineering. Currently serving as the CTO of Cloud Security at Huawei since 2018, Neo leads the engineering team responsible for developing advanced cloud security products, including anti-DDoS services and data protection solutions. Prior to this role, Neo was the CTO and Chief Architect for the Huawei Cloud Security Product Group and worked at Microsoft from 2008 to 2018, where significant contributions included leading the development of the Office 365 DNS management service and implementing multi-data center architecture. Notable earlier roles include senior software engineering positions focused on large-scale distributed systems and contributions to projects such as Bing Desktop and the KIN Phone browser. Neo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and Engineering from South China University of Technology.
