Oladele Okunaya

Oladele Okunaya is an experienced operations manager with a significant background in telecommunications and engineering management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Huawei, Oladele leads a transition to an in-house maintenance model across approximately 400 sites while collaborating on energy-saving solutions. As a co-owner of School Logistics and previously a Project Manager at Anchor Telecoms, Oladele managed all aspects of managed services for a leading Nigerian mobile network operator. Oladele has extensive experience in operations and maintenance from a decade-long tenure at IHS Towers, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and managing resources to meet customer commitments. Education credentials include a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bells University of Technology, along with additional degrees in project management and engineering from prestigious institutions.
