Omar Abbas

Omar Abbas is currently the RAN Back Office Manager at Huawei, where they lead a multivendor RAN Access Network team focused on proactive and reactive maintenance activities for 2G/3G/LTE networks. Previously, Omar held roles such as RAN Backoffice Manager at Ericsson, where they managed a team to ensure operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements. With a background as a NOC-BSS team leader at Asiacell and NOC-BSS engineer at Orascom Telecom, Omar has extensive experience in network management and service optimization. Omar earned their B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication from the University of Technology in 2005.
