爽华 is currently the部长 of 企业服务Marketing与解决方案销售部 at 华为, where they have been since 2019. Since 2010, they have served as the企业业务服务经理 for the南太地区部, handling service delivery and technical management in the South Pacific region. Previously, from 2010 to 2017,爽华 led华为's企业业务服务合作伙伴业务部, where they developed a global network of over 3,000 service partners and served more than 13,000 clients. They hold a Master's degree in Automation from 天津大学, which they completed in 2006.
