巍 张 has significant experience in product development management and human resources at Huawei, where they have worked since 2008. They have held roles including HR Director for Huawei Turkey and HRD for the Huawei CBG Terminal OS Department. With expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational leadership, they also served as an HRD for over 1,000 R&D teams. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Northwestern Polytechnical University.
