钟灿

灿钟 is a semiconductor expert and department manager with over 13 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and more than 6 years in management roles. Currently serving as the Chief Device Expert and Business Leader at Huawei, they are responsible for team building, process platform development, and ensuring competitive advantages in semiconductor design. Previously, 灿钟 held positions including Assistant Director at Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., where they built the Device Modeling department, and Senior CAD Engineer at Fairchild Semiconductor, focusing on model development and layout design. 灿钟 earned a Master’s degree in Microelectronics and a Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics from Xiamen University.
