宇田 is currently the HRD at 华为, overseeing the HR operations in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Previously, they held the role of HRD for the Poland terminal, managing HR functions across 12 countries. With over 14 years of experience in the human resources field, they also served as a HRBP for Huawei's Saudi Arabia office and worked as a training project manager at Huawei Technologies, focusing on global change initiatives. Prior to that, 宇田 was a human resources training manager at 华润集团, where they developed an online learning platform and managed training programs. They hold a degree from 西南大学, completed in 2011.
