Rui Xu has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Management Team Leader and HR Director for Huawei's Western Europe Digital Power Business Group since December 2014. Rui has held multiple roles at Huawei, including CEG Buyer and HR Director for the CA&C Multi-Country Representative Office. Prior to joining Huawei, Rui worked at the Beijing Genomics Institute in Shenzhen as HR Manager for the overseas branch office and Recruiting Manager from May 2012 to December 2014. Rui began a career in recruitment at Brightoil as a Recruiter between October 2009 and November 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Material Science from Shenyang Ligong University.
