Sharon Simasiku is currently serving as the Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Huawei Technologies Zambia. With a legal career that began as a Learner Legal Practitioner at KBF & Partners in 2003, Sharon gained valuable experience as a Resident Magistrate in the Judiciary from 2004 to 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Assistant Senior State Advocate in the Attorney General's Chambers - Department of Civil Litigation. Following this, Sharon held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance/Company Secretary at United Bank for Africa (UBA) Zambia Limited from 2012 to 2013. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Zambia, graduating in 2002.
