Simon Lui

Dr. Simon Lui is currently the Chief Expert and Director of the Audio Research Lab at Huawei, where they lead advancements in audio technology. They received their Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2011 and have held notable positions such as a Marie Curie Fellow and Visiting Assistant Professor at MIT. Previously, Simon served as Director of Tencent Music and Assistant Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. As a pioneering iOS developer, Simon has produced numerous best-selling apps and has a rich background in music, having performed with renowned artists and led orchestral concerts.
