Terry Zhang has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with a role as HR Manager at HNA International Hotels & Resorts Management Co., Ltd. from July 2009 to May 2014. Following this, Terry served as HRBP at 联东集团 from May 2014 to November 2015, overseeing the "Three pillars" of HR business practice and establishing HR shared service center policies and procedures. Terry's career continued at Huawei Technologies, where roles included HRBP from December 2015 to August 2018 and later HRD for Czech, Austria, and Slovakia, and Huawei Ukraine until February 2024.
