Timur Kupaev

Timur Kupaev is currently a Senior Research Scientist at Huawei, specializing in data compression optimization schemes and computational graph optimization algorithms in wireless communication systems. Previously, they held positions as a Lead Data Analyst at cyber•Fund, where they coordinated analytical research and provided economic analysis for blockchain, and as a Quantitative Analyst at Trexquant Investment LP, focusing on quantitative modeling in global stock markets. Timur also worked as a Data Scientist at Revo Technology, evaluating marketing campaigns and customer behavior through advanced statistical methods. They hold a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and two Master's degrees, one in Applied Mathematics and another in Physics, from the University of Notre Dame and the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
