Tong Chen is currently the PMO Director at Huawei and has been with the company since 2018. Previously, they held various management roles at Huawei Technologies, including Regional Manager and Project Manager in the Nanning Office from 2002 to 2005, and served as Director of Delivery Management/PMO from 2011 to 2016. Tong also contributed as a Project Manager and Head of PMO within the Engineering department between 2005 and 2007. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and its Automation from Wuhan University in 2001.
