William Xu （徐文伟）

William Xu is Huawei's Director of the Board and the President of the Institute of Strategic Research, as well as a member of the Executive Management Team. They joined Huawei in 1991, where they led the development of Huawei's first generation of public program-controlled switches and contributed to significant advancements in technology and strategy. Over the years, William held multiple senior leadership positions, including President of the International Technical Sales & Marketing Department and Chief Sales and Service Officer. William holds a master's degree in automatic control from Southeast University and continues to guide Huawei's strategic development and research initiatives.
