Xiaohui Yan is currently serving as the NLP Technical Director at Huawei, where they lead efforts in knowledge question-answering agents, search models, and RAG technologies. Previously, they worked as a technical expert at Didi Chuxing from 2016 to 2017, focusing on intelligent scheduling and user profiling. In addition, Xiaohui was an assistant researcher at the Institute of Computing Technology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2014 to 2016 and completed a research internship at Sogou in 2011-2012, contributing to browser recommendation systems.
