Xing Yang

Xing Yang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at Huawei since February 2013, Xing Yang leads major transactions and addresses compliance issues. Previously, as a Partner at Li & Partners, Xing Yang provided consulting on Hong Kong and Mainland listing issues and managed capital market financing projects. As a Partner at Zhongxin Law Firm, Xing Yang acted as a legal advisor for state-owned investment firms and private venture capitals, focusing on public offerings, private placements, and mergers. Early career experiences include roles at C & I Partners and Shantou Ocean (Group) Company Limited, where Xing Yang honed skills in due diligence, legal opinions, and contract negotiation. Xing Yang holds an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, a Master’s in Economics from Sun Yat-sen University, and an LLB from Xiangtan University.
