Zuoru Yang

Zuoru Yang is a senior research engineer at Huawei Data Storage, focusing on distributed storage systems and HPC storage solutions. They earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2022, where they were involved in the Applied Distributed System Lab under Prof. Patrick P. C. Lee. Prior to that, Zuoru obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University, graduating at the top of their class in 2018. Their research interests include storage efficiency, security, and fault tolerance techniques in storage systems.
