Or Memi has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. From their time at Israel Aerospace Industries as a Strategic Methods & Research Operation Manager to their role at Inigo Information Systems LTD as an ERP Project Manager TL & Analyst & Consultant, Or has showcased their expertise in project management, process improvement, and customer success. Or Memi has also held leadership positions at Comsec and HUB Security, where they excelled in building and managing teams, implementing automated processes, and developing customer strategies. Currently, Or is the Co-Founder of ProcessPro, a Business Strategy Consultancy, where they focus on refining strategies, streamlining processes, and ensuring customer success.

Or Memi completed a B.Sc. in Industrial Technology Engineering with a focus on Information Systems at the Holon Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the PMI-Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed a course in Knowledge Management from IAI. Currently, they are pursuing courses in Strategy & Business Development and Business Consulting at Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education.
