Mike V. has a strong background in IT and technical support. Mike currently works at Hub Technical Services as an IT Team Lead / Sr. Systems Engineer. Prior to that, they were an IT Engineer at Diesel Direct, Inc. for four years. Before that, Mike worked at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Client Support Analyst, providing support to local and remote users and maintaining phone systems. Mike also has experience working as an Internal Services Representative at OneBeacon Insurance Group, where they focused on upgrading methods and improving process flows.
Mike V. attended Fisher College from 2004 to 2006 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. Mike also earned additional certifications including ITIL V3 from ITIL Certified and CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, all in the years 2010 and 2011.
