Deb Pfaff

Deb Pfaff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, executive leadership, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. since August 2021, Deb previously held positions such as Administrative Assistant at VENUWORKS OF BEMIDJI and Executive Director at the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce, where significant accomplishments included advocacy work for funding a new Veterans Home and organizing successful fundraising events. Deb’s marketing expertise was honed as Marketing & Communications Supervisor at Addison Park District, where a comprehensive marketing plan and website rebranding were developed. Earlier career experiences include serving as Membership and Volunteer Coordinator at Downtown St. Charles Partnership and Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Art/Art Studies from the University of Evansville and has participated in the Up With People program.
