Leo Cheung has a diverse work experience in the field of operations management. Leo is currently working as an Operations Manager at HUBBED since March 2022. Prior to this, Leo worked at FedEx as an Operations Supervisor from January 2021 to March 2022, where they provided leadership and supervision for the largest east coast hub for TNT/FedEx in Australia. Leo gathered data, evaluated day-to-day results, and implemented optimization programs to achieve efficient activities. Leo also worked at Menzies Aviation from February 2014 to January 2021, where they held roles such as Cargo Operations Manager and Cargo Coordinator. As Cargo Operations Manager, they managed and coached activities of 50+ staff and oversaw all operations for a 10,000m2 warehouse. Leo also engaged with major freight forwarders and acquired new trucking contracts.

Leo Cheung attended Bankstown Grammar School from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aviation Management at UNSW. Leo's most recent educational experience was from 2017 to 2019 when they attended the University of Sydney and completed a Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
