John Dina

John Dina has extensive experience in management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement at Hubbell Incorporated since May 2022, John previously held multiple leadership positions at Hubbell Power Systems, including Plant Manager and Operations Manager for the Safety Products Group. Prior experience includes roles at Honeywell International, where John managed plant operations and implemented lean manufacturing practices. John's career began in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer. Educational credentials include a BS in Management/Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Management from Bowling Green State University.
