Michael Doering

Michael Doering possesses extensive experience in quality management and business operations within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Notable roles include serving as the Global Business Operations & Strategy Deployment Leader at Honeywell, where responsibilities encompassed strategy execution and business performance initiatives in the Global Fire & Security division. Michael has held various engineering and quality roles at Honeywell, including Director of Quality for Fire Systems in the Americas and Global Quality Director for Security and Fire. After transitioning to PRÆSIDIAD as Vice President & General Manager for the Americas, Michael led significant business transformation, achieving substantial revenue and operating income growth. Currently, Michael serves as the Director of Quality for Hubbell Electrical Systems following a tenure as Global Director of Quality at Times Microwave Systems. An alumnus of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Michael's career also includes military service in helicopter armament systems and engineering positions focused on visual display systems.
